NHS chaplaincy training

thought posted by Mark H on Thursday 29 March 02:00PM

A friend tells me that Raigmore Hospital is offering training for “ministers and lay people” to train with the Chaplaincy so that you can visit the wards in the hospital. This is a tremendous opportunity for anybody who wants to demonstrate the Father’s love in that environment. Presumably you would need a letter of recommendation from your church leader to qualify.

Further details are available from:

Training is set to begin in the first week of May-07, Tuesday nights at 7:00PM and should run for 5 – 6 weeks.

You will probably want to make your interest known very soon, supplying names of those wishing to attend the training to Mrs. Munro.
